It's been a long time since I've had Taco Bell and I don't have fast food often, but I went here the other day because I was curious to try it after a long time of not having it. I got a couple of different things, the "Steak Quesadilla," "Crunchy Taco," "Double Cheesy Gordita Crunch," "Cinnabon Delights," and a side of chips and salsa. Overall the food was about what I expected, and the one thing that stood out was the gordita crunch - it actually had pretty good flavor and I would definitely recommend it and get it again. The quesadilla on the other hand was the low part of this meal. At $4.19 you can't exactly criticize the quality of the steak, but overall it lacked great flavor and was a bit tough. It was better at home with sour cream, but I'd recommend going to Chipotle and spending a few extra bucks on something much better if you want a quesadilla so much. The crunchy taco was fine for just over a dollar, but you'd need a few of them to properly fill you up. The Cinnamon Delights are pretty good, eat them while they're warm though. Wouldn't recommend the chips and salsa, though - for $1.49 it's barely anything and is clearly one of the things that Taco Bell cheaps out on. Would be better if you just brought your own chips and salsa to eat with the meal. Not bad overall, and I wish I could give a 3.5 star rating (definitely not 4 stars), but I'd recommending sticking with the tacos, as the name of the place is "Taco" Bell after all. Food comes out very fast as well, which is nice if...
Read moreTerrible service. I called the store because they gave my uber driver the wrong order. Uber didn’t want to give me a refund. Thought the store would be able to help. Told someone who said they were the assistant general manager about the issue and first he said the dasher must’ve picked up two and gave me the wrong one. I never said the driver was from door dash. I said they were from uber. Secondly the driver only had one order. Which means they gave him the wrong bag. Agm was listening to respond and not to actually solve the problem at hand. I am also a manager at a restaurant and we ask our guest if they would like to come in and receive their order especially if we are in the wrong. No one is perfect. Mistakes happen everyday. It’s how you solve the problem. He was very rude and very curt. Now I’m here with a bag of food that I don’t even eat. This isn’t the first time I’ve received an incorrect order too. Came in to place my order and then I had to come back because half the items...
Read moreBeen here before. No complaints.. Went through the drive thru this evening.
The screen where you see your order was black. I wasn't asked if my order was correct like Taco Bell'S generally do, and it wouldn't have mattered, because there was no screen. We were given no receipt and the price seemed high.
Got home... did the math using Taco Bells own order site. I was over-charged by 10 dollars.
We all gotta make a living and I understand an honest mistake here and there, but this appears to me to be outright theft.
If I had the time I would have went back.... I was fuming. It's not the 10 dollars, but the principle.
Its a shame, because I have never had a bad experience here before
I leave lots of reviews on google. This is my first bad review..
