The folks at Floor Decor are truly amazing and made my daughter's day. We went in with a very specific request regarding a substrate (basically flooring) for a leopard gecko enclosure. We thought we wanted a slate tile cut to order but Craig (yes, that Craig, he's just as wonderful in person as on TT) googled a bit for us and between him and the owner, Glenn, an amazing guy as well, they discovered that linoleum would also work, and they had the PERFECT linoleum in stock!

I cannot emphasize how much this meant to my daughter, to give her gecko a new "floor," and to me that they took the care to listen to our weird and very specific request with patience and such a positive, problem-solving attitude. From the start of my home remodeling project to completion, working with everyone at Floor Decor was a complete delight. Craig and Tara were terrific helping me pick out the perfect carpet and gave me ample time to make my choices without any pressure. And, when I made some last-minute remodeling design changes, that affected the carpet layout, Craig and his installers worked with my carpenter to ensure everything turned out just right. I had a wonderful experience with Floor decor in renovating my kitchen, dining room and basement. They came and worked until Christmas Eve to help get my basement installed so we had somewhere to eat. Then only two days after, we had a flood - ruining all their hard work - Glenn, Craig and their expert installers came by (again during the holidays and a surge in COVID) to help to salvage what was left and fit us into their busy install schedule to get us back up and running.
