I should have known from the minute the person a young girl who took my order over the phone that this somehow was going to turn out bad . She before I could finish any sentence or tell her what items I wanted on each sub or on my pizza she was rushing me through the order and even hung up on me before I could say that I needed the steak subs cut into 4 pieces oh well when I got their no one asked me anything or greeted me I used the bathroom and then came a second time to the counter again I had to tell them what I was their for well when I ordered the 2 steaks I specifically item by item asked for what I wanted extra moz cheese mushrooms , green peppers , and light banana peppers since they had no hot pepper option , ordered a medium pizza also when I did get the food and took one steak sub appart so my dog could have it with no bread I had ordered xtra cheese so it just looked like cheese on the steak and I specified item by item what to put on the subs but by the time I bit into mine I realized that it had mayonnaise on it and yuck but my dog already ate his and when I brought it back I was told that mayonnaise goes on every steak I said I never put mayonnaise on a steak and she argued with me a like 17 year old is arguing with me about putting mayonnaise on a sub that I didn't order that way and my dog would never be Givin anything with a condiment like that and then the manager agreed to give a credit for next time I said I'm hungry now and the insolent no it all girl still has her mouth open were closed we aren't going to make subs now lol anyways it went on and on and I recommend that they fire her or my rec ommendation is if they don't to tell everyone that I can to never go to marks pizza on jefferson rd I at one time had 4 pizza resterants in rochester and she would be...
Read moreLast night I went to pick up a pizza, first thing I noticed was a young lady spreading cheese over a pizza with no gloves. As I waiting to get my order she came directly to the register and cashed me out holding my phone etc.??? What happened to her gloves? I tried to just keep minding my business, I paid I left. When I got home I noticed there was barely any cheese on the pizza. How could that be when I ordered EXTRA cheese for my topping that came with the coupon. Along with that my wings were white colored with country sweet sauce-not at all appealing to the eyes. Well, the store closes at 9 and it was now a little after, I still decided to call to let the manager know what happened and how disappointed I was. E answered the phone and I told him my story only of the pizza at first, his response was “ okay. I’m not sure what you would like me to do about it” I then asked for the name of a corporate person in charge, he gave me his boss name and told me he could handle and resolve a situation. Trying again I told him everything that was wrong his response was that he would give me a one topping credit on my next order. Lol. Okay, as expensive as this place is and I purchase at least two times a month from that location for the last 3 years, and that was the resolution. Laughable at the very least. I ordered a chicken tenders salad on Thursday night and it came with no chicken tenders. I called multiple times trying to get a manager but I got out of work semi later in the day so when I called there was no manager in. When I called Saturday afternoon the manger told me he couldn’t give me a refund 4 days later (even tho it was only a day and a half later) I told him I would be ok with a credit but was only credited for the chicken tenders which was fine bc I still had the salad in my fridge. When I got to marks there was no credit added. The manager was dismissive and quickly served me cold, rubbery chicken—not tenders, not edible, and definitely not fresh. So I went back in and kindly asked for chicken tenders that were cooked. I got served the same chicken just Lukewarm.
It’s one thing to mess up an order, it’s another to not offer someone a refund after ruing their dinner and then just throw food at them to get them away from your counter That’s not just bad service—it’s poor management.
