Arby's — Restaurant in Town of Herkimer

Went through the drive thru and got the limited-time rib sandwich, and a strawberry and cream pie. The rib sandwich was very soft and tender, but had VERY little BBQ sauce on it. When eating a rib sandwich with BBQ sauce, I am expecting to have to wipe sauce from my face at least once before finishing the sandwich... I didn't even use one napkin for my fingers and mouth combined. The flavor of the tender rib meat, combined with the soft bun was enough to carry the sandwich without the correct amount of sauce. The strawberry and cream pie tasted deep-fried and had a nostalgic taste to it that almost reminded me of the old school fried apple pies from the place with the golden arches. I definitely recommend both the rib sandwich and the strawberry and cream pies before they are gone, but I would ask for extra BBQ...

Consistently messing up our order... used to go there 1x pretty week (seeing it's a block away from home), but after years of multiple screw ups... I'm done ! Many other choices around open with better food and better prices. I believe the demise of this location is the constantly changing staff! They have new people training constantly, and it seams when you have a problem, it's a new manager every 6-8 months. I realize it's a fast food place not usually a permanent type of job, but at least usually management is consistent.... not here ! 🤡 UPDATE 4/28/25 Still really poor attitude amongst the workers. Music so loud you could hear your self think. Even the girl at the counter asked a co worker to turn down the music and the others just giggled. Guess we will try...

Went to get the new Ribeye sandwich a week and a half ago. Aprox 2 in the afternoon.. They were all out. Said they would substitute the regular roast beef. No price change though. Today, I stopped in. I asked for the meal with small soft drink and fries. I was told that they no longer offer small with the meals. They said they would seperate the items individually. I said that it costs more that way. The price on the outsid menue said thw meal was $10.49. When i got my order the soft drink and fries wete the same size I have been getting all along. Then I looked at the receipt when I got to my destination and they charged me 11. 49!! It sais SM after the sandwich and MD after the soft drink and fries....
