McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Highlands

I wish I could give this establishment negative stars. I have been to dozens of McDonald’s all across the United States, and I had been somewhat of a regular, often circulating between both the Ossining and Tarrytown McKeeDee’s establishments that in my opinion, are the crème de la crème with providing 5 Star “Fast” Food service. You get exactly what you ordered, hot and fresh, with sauces in the bag without having to request! Order, Pay, Leave… No need for 8 waiting spots. But in Highland Falls, absolutely not! Not sure how you could trash an already trashy meal, but it’s the only thing they are capable of at this point. After paying and receiving your flat less carbonated soda, you then hear the “pull up in spot 68!! How in the hell are their 67 cars waiting for their food before me?? After having and argument with either the imaginary manager, readying yourself as to how you are going to cuss the real manager out because you’ve been waiting for 20 minutes. Then alas! Finally, the one 14 year old that somehow is working illegally past 9pm is sent out to deliver your food in a paper thin bag exposed to the elements in19 degree weather. You then open the bag to see if your salt less fries are at least warm so you can eat them on your way home. And then to top it off, the Barbque sauce they asked you if you wanted, the ketchup and honey you asked for and was greeted with “I got you” isn’t in the bag. The highland falls McDonald’s is absolute trash! And the reason why it’s trash is because the youth working there. It’s literally the worst...

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Hands down the WORST mcdonalds i have ever been too. I don't think i have ever been to this place where they haven't messed up either my order or someone that was there ordering. The workers do not seem to care about whether or not you get the right order and care more about doing something else. It is clear while you are there that you are an annoyance to them. I do not have high standards, as i realize it is a mcdonalds, but this place fails to meet even the lowest of expectations. Currently, i have been waiting 30 minutes for my food and it is not busy at all. The workers have been rude to me the entire time. I am not one to complain but this place has given me such a bad experience they do not deserve the rating on google that they currently have. I have witnessed a couple people leave due to dissatisfaction during the 30 min i have been waiting. I have yet to have a positive experience at this specific mcdonalds.👎

Update: it's been 45 minutes i finally got my order and it's wrong. I tried to get the workers attention that gave me the food and he ignored me as i called him out several times as he walked back to...

We have given this McDonald’s many tries and more times than not left disappointed. On two separate occasions we have pulled up to the order screen, saw the current bundle ‘deals’ they are offering, and attempted to order that deal. Both times the person at the cash register does not ring up the deal and says the reason why is that particular item is not listed on the deal. When in fact it IS listed. My wife took a picture of the bundle deal with a picture of the McChicken that we ordered and it was a part of the deal. My wife asked to speak to the manager and they tell her to pull forward and they will get her. The manager never shows and when my wife asks again about speaking with the manager, the employee says ‘for what?!’.. again this is the second time we were denied a bundle deal that is literally on the signage. Not to mention no matter how NOT busy they are you are waiting a very long time for food. Unprofessional, unreliable, and very slow. It’s a shame because Highland falls doesn’t have many fast...
