Aiko Asian Bistro — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

I want to give them 5 stars because the food is good and I come here often for takeout on my lunch break. However the is the 3rd time I’ve had a bad experience with valet. They finally changed the regular ghetto guy and the one today was OBVIOUSLY racist! Or Maybe it’s because I don’t drive a Maserati or a BMW or a Mercedes.i understand most of the customers are clearly upper middle class white which doesn’t even bother me.. He asked me to park all the way across the street and cross to pick up. Then suggested I go all the way down the block and walk to pick up. All he had to do was move up the car that was in the way just a little for me to enter. I understand it’s busy but I didn’t see him do that to any of the suits coming in there. I have been a regular at this restaurant since it opened. I must say that I had a terrible experience at lunch today. I ordered a $15 lunch special which consisted of 2 sushi rolls and a cup of soup. I asked if I could order the sushi rolls without rice and was told that the rolls would be $7.00 each. I placed my order which was fine. When the bill came, I was charged $29 for this “lunch special”. I pointed out the error to the waitress and was told “that’s the way the computer does it”. When I inquired with the manager, she told me that I was being charged an extra $14 (almost double) for the 2 sushi rolls since I didn’t want rice. This was my first time eating at this restaurant, ordered online--pretty seamless process! Ordered the two-roll lunch special, reasonably priced--with the 15% online order discount. I would give the restaurant a 5 star rating, but have only tried their pepper-tuna avocado roll and the sweet-potato roll--the special came with miso soup as well. The soup was nice and hot and tasted like the traditional styled soup, the pepper tuna was really delicious! The sweet potato roll has just the right amount of potato/rice in the roll.
