Bistro Culinary Market — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

Third time the charm: i returned here for the 3rd time. For 2 of the 3 times i arrived well before closing time to find the place closed. I even took pictures the second time (with metadata showing the time) that I just checked showing i was there before closing time. I told the owner about it and he brushed me off saying that he is always there and had not closed for a while. There is this trust factor that’s surely lost now. They only sale what’s already made and will not prepare sandwiches on the fly, which is OK, but again the owner told us to get sandwiches at a different place. That was really unexpected to be honest. We decided to ignore that and sample several food items. Most of them were delicious for sure, I’d just say that the salad dressing was off and mostly made of oil which made us eat a dressing-less salad. It was good like that !!! OOO and they do have questionable and crazy items on the shelf including weird potato chips dipped on chocolate !!!!! I finally got the chance to get the monograno pasta that I’ll try soon too. AMAZING!! Totally wowed by Chef Melanie in creating a super special birthday celebration for our family! We were 7 adults and 5 kids under 5 years of age and she served up a triple appetizer platter for pre-dinner cocktails as well as a plated 3 course dinner for each of us in my home with a well thought out menu we helped created with her. The food was unbelievable - surf & turf for adults with a specially prepared kid friendly dinner as well -- ending with a mouthwatering mousse cake! Utmost professional service, totally prepared and served by a warm, friendly, attentive waitress, Victoria. They were a dynamic team and I can't say enough about sitting back and having these wonderful women do all the work as we sat back to enjoy the celebration. When they left all was cleaned as though they were never there! I highly recommend Chef Melanie and her team! She helped our family create a memory for all of us that will last...

I went to Bistro GoFood when they first opened and enjoyed it, but as of late, I find myself stopping in a few times a week. I am drawn to the dinners that are fresh, easy to heat and change on a near daily basis.

I’ve also been taking home some of their Grab n Go sandwiches and salads for lunch during the week. I haven’t used them for catering yet, but that’s next on my list 😊

Service is always friendly, and the parking lot makes coming and going very easy.
