Gold Coast Deli — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

What a highlight of a deli! We came here looking for a lunch to go to spend by the water looking at the boats. To our delight, there were picnic tables outside overlooking the boats already set up for the customers! There was a line out the door, which the customers told us “there’s a line because it’s so good! Coming here for years so we call ahead now. It’s always worth it”. We ordered a sandwich and a chopped salad, both delicious! Really happy with our food and with the location/setting. We stopped at Sweetie Pies beforehand so the coffee is not from here. Our favorite deli ! Food is fresh and the wait isn’t too long ! Friendly owners and staff. People seem happy to work there which means good work environment ! Good selections. I usually get turkey on rye with Cole slaw, bacon, salt and pepper. Russian dressing with chipotle mayo. I’m hoping they name the sandwhich after me some day ! Highly recommend. Lovely outdoor picnic tables by the water. Casual and easy. Parking is plentiful and free. Right near the marinas and ball fields....

Gold coast is my go to restaurant when I get to go to Huntington. The food is great, very fresh and the portions are big enough even for an overweight and slightly balding 50 something like me. The staff are on the ball and quick to take and serve your order. The out door dinning option is very serine and calming. The owner is a man of patients and honesty, I have dealt with him many times.
