This is a place that I’ve been meaning to try forever. However with so many Italian restaurants on Long Island it kept falling off the list. We arrived at noon on Saturday and the place was empty. We were greeted and immediately shown to a beautiful table with a harbor view. The menu is extensive, featuring a smaller portion lunch option. We started with clams oreganato. My husband thought it was the best he has ever had. I thought they were good but preferred something a little less saucy. The petite clams had a crisp breadcrumb topping under a rich lemon cream sauce. We certainly enjoyed soaking the sauce with the bread. This isn’t just any Italian restaurant. The star here is fresh house made pasta. If you have never had fresh pasta before you must try! It is a completely different experience than fresh made and refrigerated or box pasta. We finished with in house made tiramisu. It was awesome and tasted just like our Italian friend makes homemade for special occasions. Fresh cake and solid espresso warrants a crowd just for that. I usually keep my reviews simple. This is a MUST for anyone who truly appreciates authentic Italian cooking. Fresh pasta and fresh desserts. You swear there is an army of Nonna’s in the back. PS: our waiter was first class and there was a changing table in the women’s restroom.

Food and service were very good! Bar area is great with a nice friendly bartender who did a great job with my negroni. Also a nice amenity was home made potato chips on the bar. The food was nicely prepared and presented. Reasonably priced as well. I ordered the linguine with grilled shrimp which was good but lacking depth of flavor. I had to dump lots of grated Parmesan cheese on it too give it a semblance of salt since there was no salt and pepper on the table. Other than that, the choices are excellent and I will go back to give it another shot.

I went on a Sunday for lunch and as soon as you enter the location is really nice and elegant. I ordered a negroni and it was really good. To start we ordered french fries and they were tasty, I also ordered a cold appetizer and the presentation is really scenic but if you look carefully there is some plantain and dried oranges and I don't think they are a good choice for an Italian appetizer. The staff was very professional and welcoming. All in all it was a positive experience, I will return soon.

Posto Pazzo is hands down the best Italian restaurant in Huntington. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm and inviting. The staff always greets you with a smile and treats you like family. The dining area is spacious and comfortable, and there’s a real sense of care in how everything is set up.

My go to dishes are the twisted ravioli and the homemade gnocchi. The twisted ravioli is packed with flavor and has a perfect texture. It’s one of those dishes that keeps you coming back. The gnocchi is soft and pillowy, cooked perfectly every single time. You can taste the quality in every bite. Everything on the menu tastes homemade and fresh.

The food is consistently excellent, the portions are generous, and the presentation is beautiful. Whether you’re sitting down for a quiet dinner or celebrating something special, Posto Pazzo always delivers. I’ve been to many Italian restaurants over the years, but none of them compare to the experience here. If you’re in the Huntington area and want authentic Italian food made with love, this is the...

My in-laws dined here and had a very disappointing experience. The owner was rude and unwelcoming. They came here for lunch and were handed a menu. They looked at the menu, ordered a salad, and then noticed that the other folks dining at the restaurant ordered options that were not listed on their menus. After asking the fellow diners where they ordered their food from, they were told this was part of the lunch menu. My mother-in-law then asked the waiter why they were not given a lunch menu and he directed her to owner. She then approached the owner with the same question and he answered "oh sorry" with no remorse. They ended up getting the lunch menu but it was clear that the owners intention was to dupe them into ordering from the dinner menu to up-charge them.

When their food arrived, my mother-in-laws shrimp wrap had a huge clump of human hair on the plate. After sending it back, the waiter brought back out in about 60 secs, clearly not remaking a new dish. Really unfortunate experience here,...
