Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

I am grateful to have ice cream no matter how bad it is. I am usually an easy grader, but this was a really bad experience, both the product and customer service. Our regular Carvel had a line, so we went to this location and they didn't have my normal red bonnet, so I got a large vanilla cone with rainbow sprinkles. A standard order. The cone holder was for a different cone, but that wasn't the problem. I was handed a giant blob that was falling all over the place! I couldn't bring it in the car. I tried to eat some to make it manageable but it was a disaster. I then asked if I could just exchange it for a premade cone. I was trying to be nice about it. I was told no because I ate some. Lol. Very dirty carvel. Also went there for buy one get one free night. Extremelyyyyyyy skimpy. Got wayyyy less than what other carvels actually give. There are plenty of other carvels in the area that serve what they promise. Terrible ethic. I saw it says under new management. They have to learn better ethic for sure.
