Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

I did a mobile order this am. When I walked in the coffee wasn’t ready because they didn’t have one of the ingredients that is used to make this specific coffee, which was totally fine. When I asked the worker if there was anything else to substitute, she told me coconut milk, almond milk, or whole milk. I asked if I used whole milk with this coffee will it still taste the same. She did not have that answer for me, it seems to me that she is not educated on the ingredients. Then I asked her if she could refund me since they did not have the ingredients and she looked at me like I had 10 heads, I asked for a iced caramel macchiato instead. She asked me if I wanted sugar in it, which I said no. She makes the coffee brings it back to me and it has no caramel in it so I question her as to why there’s no caramel in it and she says you said you want no sugar in it. Caramel and sugar is totally different.. I get annoyed and leave the store without a drink because she had an attitude with me. I begin to call to speak to a supervisor since I’m on my way to work and I don’t have any more time to waste there since I was already there for over five minutes of course nobody answers. I come here all the time with my children today i came in no one greeted me finally elderly women with short hair and glasses asked what i wanted i asked for 1 chocolate donut with sprinkles then 2 jelly munchkins i paid applepay as always once she gives me bag i tell her no i orded 1 big donut 2 munchkins she said no you didnt i said please i need munchkins because my daughter doesnt est the big ones she gives me attuide said she couldnt give me refund of course she can ive worked for food industry 7 years but i told fine keep money but give me plese jelly munchkins because thats why i went thats what my daughter wanted then you know what this women does start speaking spanish saying stuff about me she really thought i didnt know spanish i responded back in spanish i know what i asked for and you can give me refund but you refused to do so and left with my daughter how are you going to talk about a customer horrible service and nasty attuide from this lady at night they have nice polite young man you need more...

I will never come back. I know they get a lot of business but I will go to another Dunkin before I come here ever again. Older woman with roundish glasses made my drink, she saw there was liquid all over the side of the cup so she cleaned it with a rag prior to placing the cup on the pickup counter then proceeds to spray the rag with whatever chemicals and wipe the counter.
