I put this on here because they never answered my email.
I ordered food using the Mcdonalds mobile app because the order was large and didn't want to make the staff rushed in the drive through. The app bugged when i finished my 70 dollar order, and after the payment was already processed the total went from 70 to 50. Confused, i checked the receipt and it replaced 4 of my items with four 2 cheeseburger meals. When i looked on the app to contact support, it says to contact the Mcdonalds that received the order.
I contacted the Mcdonalds, and i was greeted by the night time manager. I told him the app bugged and i don't want four 2 cheeseburger meals, and i was willing to pay the 20 extra for the correction. He kept refusing saying there was nothing he could do, even though the app says he would be the one to correct it. Frustrated, my friends and I decided we are at least getting what the order had on it and will get the extra items in a second drive through order while we were there. He was extremely aggressive the whole time, arguing and causing the process to take way longer and was very agitating. At the drive through counter, he slammed his fist against it as hard as he could out of anger towards us and gave a very bad attitude. We never got our order fixed and he refused to assist us in any way to help the experience. I asked for a managers business card and he rolled his eyes at me and stomped over to the back room to get it, handed it to us and gave a very sarcastic and aggressive "bye".
I have gone to this Mcdonalds throughout my entire life living here and never had an experience like this. The app breaking on its own made my experience bad, but was hoping I would get some form of positive resolution from the staff. Instead, I was given a horrible attitude, physical aggression and not one alternative was given to assist me...
Read moreAmended review: recently placed a mobile order here and once I arrived and tried to complete the order it gave me a page saying my order was cancelled and I would not be charged. Weird but I put in a second identical order and picked it up with no problem. A couple days later I see I was charged for both orders. I stopped in and was told my refund had to come from the customer support on the app. I contacted them and emailed back and forth several times, the app support says the refund has to come from the location because they are the ones who cancelled the order... Now today I try to call so I don't waste a second trip and the phone number listed isn't in service. Really? I'm about ready to dispute this charge with my bank because I shouldn't have to work so hard to get my money back for an error on their end. Uninstalling the app as soon as I'm refunded. Avoid this location.
This location is close to my house so after a long day when you don't feel like cooking it's convenient. The inside is usually clean, staff friendly but the food is frequently cold and fries undercooked. This is a busy location so maybe they cook too much food ahead of time? I sometimes use the app and most things you customize like no cheese or no ketchup are not applied to your order. Every other time they forget something in your order, a burger or nuggets ect.. Most the time, if I remember, I will tell them next time I go in and they usually give you the item to replace it even if it was a...
Read moreTo avoid confusion, I walked into the McDonald's rather than the drive-thru whichbwould have been more convenient but I wanted to make sire that they did NOT screw up my order. I was very clear. Ordered a #8 toasted bagel meal with no egg, no sauce, no pat of butter, with a small coffee and added a small juice plus had to pay 25 cents for a sweet and sour sauce (are they kidding!?) When I arrived home, the sandwich had eggs in it. So, a short time later, I had to drive back. I spoke to the manager and expressed my dissatisfaction, and asked for a full refund since everything else went cold. She complied. The manger also offered a free sandwich, but I was so ticked off that I declined and left but thanked her for trying to make amends. The breakfast meal cost a whopping $14.67. Plus time and gas to return the egg sandwich. Next day I went to Burger King for their croissant breakfast sandwich meal with just bacon and cheese only, no egg, no sauce, no butter, nothing but bacon and cheese only for $8.29 They got it right, but forgot the sweet and sour sauce for the hashbrowns which I threw out. Problem is that no one takes pride in their job, can't read or be attentive. More training in preparing orders is essential. Suggest that McDonald's lower their prices. The same breakfast can be had in a diner or at IHOP and get waited on. Time to rethink your business plan and put your...
