Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

If you are in a hurry, do NOT use this location. There were about 2 people in front of me when I got there and it took me about 15 mins to order and receive my order. It's not because the employee was doing anything wrong. The real problem is that the management decided to be cheap and hired only one employee during Sunday afternoon busy hours. She was taking orders and making drinks ALL BY HERSELF and trying to get everything done as fast as she could. I don't blame her. But it resulted in 7 people lining up behind me and I saw at least 3-4 people walking away from the line because it was taking too long. That's money walking away from you and that's a bad business management. The management should stop being cheap and hire at least two people to operate their Starbucks branch more...

Terrible experience at the Starbucks at target.

After buying toilet paper for my mother I went to go get a drink at Starbucks. A lady with a cart got there first. She had a striped shirt. I was behind her. She ordered a green tea lemonade. While I was waiting a lady got behind me in line. Then a lady with a cart and a diaper baby went around us on the other side of the black divider. The barista told me that’s actually where the line started. The lady behind me in line went and got behind diaper baby lady. I said no. I don’t want to wait behind three people I was there first. I left. I’m still very thirsty. Very bad Starbucks. This was around 9:40 am on Thursday may 9th. Check your cameras you’ll see...

I frequent this Starbucks (in target) very often with my two toddlers and I have never had a bad experience. I’ve seen so many people treat them poorly, especially when they are busy - which is actually the time they should be given the most patience, grace, and gratitude..but, I’ve never seen an employee be anything but kind regardless. My drink is always correct and delicious too.
