Staples — Local services in Town of Huntington

I wanted to give the worker two stars. Usually the store is amazing. All the workers are very pleasant but today I encountered the very rude and seem to be not wanting to work employee her name is Julia at the printer station she was a little on the older side and I was very upset with my customer service I came in already knowing that my debit card doesn’t work for some reason they wouldn’t accept my card I was unable to find my actual bank card and they also do not accept Apple Pay, which is fine they normally just take me at the station I explained this to her. She still continue to make me go to the machine that you complete by yourself And got an attitude when she had to take me at the actual register and asked me if I had another card and why would I bring the card knowing that the card doesn’t work and then she got upset that I didn’t have my email ready for her I had it ready prior, but there was a customer in front of me so of course my phone locked you can tell she didn’t really want to do her job. She was very rude until i became stern and gave the same energy back and her energy changed but that was a very...

I had to inform anyone and everyone of my experience at this location because the professionalism and kindness here is unheard of.

I would like thank GAIL, ROB, SAM, and AKASH! these individuals have made me a believer and an advocate for Staples at this location. Each went above and beyond to service me on my purchases and order. I had a very hard time deciding what order to print and Ear buds to purchase, but they made it easy for me to understand and gave me options to think about so that I could get the best results. If you are reading this review, don’t delay come to the Huntington Station location on the corner of Jericho Tpke and Route 110. It will be worth your time and purchase. I had a bad interaction with a former manager here, and went to other stores for a while, but I stopped by last week and Andrea was terrifically helpful, both finding stock that wasn't on the shelves, and at checkout. Some time ago I had a complicated copying job to turn into a pdf, and the copy clerk was also amazing, though she's not there any more. I think she was about to apply to music school for college. Wish I remembered her name. One drawback is that the branch is a bit smaller than other stores, like the Manhasset one, so they don't have as much inventory, but they do seem to be well stocked for their size,...
