This McDonald's needs to learn the meaning of compliance and customer service. I got an order thru the drive-thru. The fries were warm and greasy. They were so greasy the few long ones in the bunch were limp. That being said, most of the fries were greasy 1 inch pieces. It was obvious that the fries were the few stragglers leftovers in the bin that had been sitting there for a while.
I returned to the store (inside) to get them replaced and encountered several staff members hanging out and carrying on conversations and joking in the front by the drive thru and counter and some without masks on. The 2 or 3 employees that walked by me did not even acknowledge my presence. There was only one customer paying for an order, so not as if they were busy. After waiting and waiting and still being ignored, I finally asked to speak with a manager. The manager took her time and continued her personal conversation before coming to see me.
At that point I just wanted my money back. The manager told me the fries were hot and said she was not going to argue with me. I was not yelling or making a scene at all. I kindly asked her name and she refused to give it to me, telling me she's not allowed to. I then asked for the owner's name and all she would say is Louis. I asked his last name, and she said she could not pronounce it, nor would she write it down for me.
In addition, she told me in response to what I saw that, "what you see is not everything." These workers have pushed for a minimum wage increase to $15/hour yet they do not care about the quality of their work. Shame on them. I am the customer and I do not appreciate such an attitude and being treated with such disrespect. REMEMBER, it's my money, the customer's, that pays the bill's at your store as well as your pay check. Furthermore, if we did not frequent your store it would go out of business and you would be unemployed. THINK ABOUT THAT!
I took a picture of the manager so the owner could identify her easily. I would post it here, but I am a better person and choose to respect her privacy. That's more of a courtesy than she will ever even understand...and...a lot more than...

After i said pull up the recipet then she stormed off like a toddler and then came back to the window with a smile. ( now that's insane) shame shame young lady. Your getting paid to work. Take your feelings out of it. You was wrong. The manager fixed her mistake but i didn't see anyone stop her bad behavior. And yet again cold frozen fries. Cold sandwich. Warning you're going to wait this one has the coldest food, it was like the fries were warm moosh as if they pulled them out 2 minutes 2 early. The sandwich was thrown together but not warmed. Then I have to ask for napkins after they hand me a shake with a ice cream all over the sides. The cold food matches the cold drive through staff. Whom by the way has no manners. I'll drive to the one further away. Witch is so much nicer in quality...

This is why there is always arguments with people in fast food restaurants because of the employees trying to scam customers luckily I just left others will not!!!!!!!! I put a 1 star honestly wanna put a zero u wait so long for your food In a drive thru then make u pull up to wit then u receive your food and its cold why I waited so long...
