Learn moreI ordered $80 worth of food. The wings were dry and well over done. The fries were cold and hard. Everything appeared to be cooked twice … I’m guessing Everything crusty!!! Who packaged the order should be ashamed! You could look at the food and tell it was damn near burnt. I really would’ve just sucked it up as a can’t win them all type of mine. Couldn’t even bite/chew the meat it was so overdone and crusty! You can’t place an order this large over the phone. You have to order in person or online. We ordered online, live right down the road No way our food should be cold. Decided to return the food to the store. It was very upsetting to spend that much money and the food isn’t even decent! I ordered my food on 3/21/25. And I’m still waiting as of 6/6/25 for a refund. I’ve talked to two asst managers and the general manager Sarah. I call she can’t come to the phone. Where is my refund !?! I’ve been waiting 3 months. This is just ridiculous. I will never order from Wimgstop again. Not worth...
Read moreWingstop does not belong in WNY. The worst wings you can get. When you burp, you taste HOT DOG because they use such poor quality meat. Seriously, where else can you get wings in Rochester that make you burp D-grade meat gas? Only at Wingstop. And it tastes bitter like they change their fryer oil at most once a month. A truly offensive wing experience for any Western New Yorker. Skip this chain with extreme prejudice. The staff is also genuinely unpleasant. They don't want to be there and it shows. Rude and unprofessional.
I don't understand putting Wingstop in Rochester. It's a terrible, terrible chain, and we make wings better than this EVERYWHERE. Literally any non-chain that serves wings is better. Every single time. I have 30 years of experience eating local wings. Big skip. Shame on Wingstop. I'm sure they do fine in the south, or whatever. Not here. This isn't just me saying this. Western New York wing lovers...
Read moreFood was good, nothing to go crazy over. Some staff were really nice! But, and there's always a but! One woman who was working, was so upset about there being a line of people waiting for their food. She stated and I quote "People don't know how to cook if they knew how to cook we wouldn't have this problem. It's a hot day and they getting take out" .. It's almost like that's the point of getting take out? Is getting food when you don't want to cook. And it's national chicken wing day, where Wingstop offers free wings. OF COURSE people are going to want to go out lol. Ghetto workers in a fast food environment never do well. Always complaining when it comes down to doing their job that they signed up for. If u don’t like the traffic the job gets go work somewhere else. If not then that sounds like your personal problem. OH WELL! Just my experience but by the looks of the reviews I'm not the first to have someone be...
