Placed an order at 8pm - track it at 855pm and the tracker (which is usually pretty accurate) says “mmm, it’s there - we hope you’re enjoying your meal!” But the issue is the meal wasn’t delivered at all. I call the location and the unhappiest worker in all of America answers the phone with an attitude. I explain to her why I’m calling and she tells me blandly that the tracker is not accurate. She then asks for my address ...and tells me my order left at 814pm so I should be getting it soon...814? It’s 855...so I ask her if I’m going to be receiving cold pizza and she literally tells me she has no idea. I say “no prob thanks” because I mean what can I do? Dominos has no idea where or when I’m getting my food lol ..she doesn’t say a word and hangs up the phone. Seriously?! Here’s a word to the wise ...IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB DONT WORK THERE. IF YOU CANT PROVIDE EVEN THE MINIMUM LEVEL OF DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ...GO WORK BEHIND A DESK WHERE YOU NEVER HAVE TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS. It’s now 903 as I’m finishing this post and my food still hasn’t arrived. I don’t even want to call back because I mean...they’re clueless and inept. But my money sure left my bank account when I placed that order!
Update : the pizza got here at 915 and the delivery guy tells me most of the drivers called off because of the super bowl the day before so there are delays with delivery’s. That’s amazing. I wish we could all call off from work because of a football game that we didn’t play in. I wasn’t going to tip but I did because the delivery guy was visibly overwhelmed and he apologized. He should be answering the phones instead and that chick should be doing...
Read moreI am a regular at Domino's but not just today I have a problem with Domino's. One time I asked for a certain drink and the driver said that he gave the drink to some other house and offered me a different kind. Fine I said. The next time after that the delivery guy came to my house, never knocked the door, never rang the door bell, and never even call my cell, and was about to leave with my food that I've been waiting over an hour for and luckily I got up to check outside before he drove off. And that same day the driver never gave me my drink that I order with my food. I called the store and spoke with the manager and he stated that the driver is on his way back to you to deliver my drink. Thirty minutes later, nothing. Called and spoke to the manager again, and he stated the same thing as before and said just give him ten to fifteen minutes. And yet the driver never came. I've waited in total about two hours for my drink to arrive and the driver never came. Now today, I ordered pizza and a chicken Alfredo and I didn't even bother ordering a drink this time because of my experience with the drivers and the manager and the delivery guy asked me for a tip and I said no and then he gave me an attitude and stormed off. Is this really how Domino's treat their customers? I mean the food is good but Domino's need BETTER people working there. Read moreI ordered online at 8:00 p.m. and didn't receive my order til after 9 and they didn't send my pasta bowl which I had ordered called them back twice about it spoke to the manager and told him since it was now 10:15 p.m. and I still didn't receive it that I just wanted to cancel and get my money back for it and he told me no. I asked when the store manager would be in and all he kept saying was I am the manager. I will be contacting the district manager about this matter. Also tracker wasn't working correctly I received a text saying driver left with my order but tracker said they was still doing a quality check on the order (guess that wasn't too good of a quality check if they are forgetting to include a large item on the order) then someone called and said the driver will arrive in 3-5 mins so go to the door and wait for him. Was supposed to receive a text when he was 2 mins away and she said well his phone died so just go meet him in 3-5 mins at the door! Worst customer service ever at this location. When I called to complain they had a very nasty attitude and kept me on hold for a long time. I will not be ordering from here again and definitely wouldn't recommend them to...
