Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Islip

I work under a mile away from this location and order on average 2-3 times per week. I understand that once in a while an order gets flubbed, it’s understandable. However, today was unacceptable. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese, and a half dozen donuts for the office. Not only did they give me only 5 donuts, they didn’t even give me the sausage egg and cheese. Like I said I understand that mistakes happen, but this is not the first time. Last week I ordered a hot chocolate with an espresso shot; what I received was two separate cups full of each. The week before that I was given bacon egg and cheese instead of a sausage egg and cheese. And lastly, I can count over 4 times where I didn’t receive an item in the last 5 weeks. I don’t like being the type of person who does this, but they do not seem to care. Today is July 5th 2019 around 7am & there is only 1 employee working today and her name is Elizabeth. I must say she is one valuable worker that should be recognized. She is handling customer's orders so friendly & efficiently unlike I've ever seen elsewhere. She literally knows & prepares each customer's beverage order as they enter through the door. She is awesome & should receive praise & a raise. Elizabeth single handedly ran this store this morning from the glimpse I caught for the 3 minutes I was in the store when she prepared my large Americano light & sweet (cream & sugar) as I walked in the door. The employees are the only thing could about this place. My co-worker and I stopped in here to get coffee and some food. After drinking our coffee we both felt sick. We both had ordered something Pumpkin Spiced flavour because for whatever reason they don't have just their regular iced coffee anymore and replaced them all with fall themed drinks??? Which is definitely annoying because I don't particularly care for Pumpkin Spice, but that was the best option they had in comparison to everything else. My co-worker, on the other hand, loves Pumpkin Spice. We both felt incredibly ill. Not sure what was up with the drinks but we definitely will not be getting drinks here again.
