UPDATE: A few weeks back, I finally decided to call & try one more time- per my previous review- I hadnt been thrilled. Well I called & asked to speak to John...so I did. I explained my previous issues & he assured me I would have no issues ordering going forward & he took my order personally. Delivery came within 35 mins which was more than reasonable for the time of day & to my surprise- my order was paid for. Super nice gesture & restored my faith in their business. Will be ordering again!

Had been ordering here every day for weeks...same order, same time, always for delivery as I work not too far but can't leave the office. Everything was great food wise, Until one morning I called for my usual delivery ($25+ a time-breakfast, lunch & dinner for the day usually) & I'm transferred as usual for delivery. The woman who answers (who I had never spoken to- it had always been a man) tells me I need to fax my order. I tell her I don't have a fax machine & I've never been asked to do that before. She then tells me she doesn't know what to tell me then, she needs it faxed, they're busy. I say I'll order elsewhere then, thank you anyway & she says ok! Bye! And hangs up. So incredibly rude. I like the atmosphere is very clean and the food is good. However, I did feel rushed when they’re trying to take my order. I certainly know what I want, and I’m not going to take 100 years ordering, but I don’t need anyone huffing and puffing, rolling their eyes or staring me down to order like their life depended on it 🤣 I understand it’s a very busy high traffic shop but the woman in the front was verbally going in and attacking another coworker in front of customers, because he was moving “too slow” other words from a younger gentleman at the register as he bumped him slightly out the way. And he was helping me with my order ! At one point, that same woman goes up to him and is all up in his face like “that’s what I said” it was just ridiculous and not needed. It was like she was just trying to embarrass him in front of everybody or to pull rank. He’s a bit older but he was so nice. I don’t know what position she has, but it was distasteful an abrasive, and there was no need to embarrass a grown man like that in front of everybody. I don’t mean to be rude but to be specific she has a little bit of a lisp. You can cut the tension between the workers with a heated blade. It’s a bagel shop… But it felt like the DMV...

My business opened up around the corner so I started going to this bagel place. Some of the staff can be really nice but you can tell all they really care about is their regulars. I got a spinach and mozz cheese egg sandwich scrambles and the eggs were gooy and runny, you could tell they didn't scramble it first. I also paid for an egg everything bagel and got an everything bagel. I'm thinking it was a communication issue. I go today and show a picture and just asked them to really cook it the guy seemed nice enough about it...I waited 20 min for my sandwich and watched multiple people get orders that came in after (told myself that they must have gotten bagels and salads) noppp! Guy ordered a hungry man about 5 min into me waiting for my order and when he got called up (friendly, one guy knew him by name) I told the guy to cancel my order and I left.... sadly won't be going back after two bad experiences you're not getting my money. P.s. to the tall dude who looks like he runs the place, work on your people skills with customers and how you talk/greet people when they walk in. And got the lady who work behind the counter, know you are the only reason I'm giving this place two stars 🌟 she...
