Islip Country Deli — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Do not order too often from this deli and after this experience I am glad to say that I never will be again. I called to place an order for delivery, 40 minites had passed and still no breakfast. I called the deli back qnd after if there was something wrong with the order that would have delayed the delivery, the man i spoke with on the phone told the driver had left 10 minites ago and should be there any minute. Let me remind you, I love in Islip about 5 minites away from the deli. Another 15 minutes passed by and still no breakfast, so i called again to find out that my food was delivered to a different house. Ordered 2 sandwiches over the phone Today for a pick up order. The person hung up on me instead of a thank you or good bye or a total or to ask if that’s all. I go pick up my order take it home to find 1 piece of bacon on the sandwich which I’m sure I paid a few dollars for to add bacon on it. 2 sandwiches sloppily put together was almost $25.00. Poor , unprofessional , rude , nasty customer service !!!!! I come here very morning but today I decided to place my order ahead over the phone UNDER JUAN!!
