Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Islip

So i got two kids meals and some other 2 for $6 burgers and a drink to go. i get home my 4 and 5 yrs old kids are happy of enjoyment just to find out that the woman forgot to put their cheeseburgers!!! i got my kids crying and im calling at their store.. i literally called 11times and nobody answered me. I am not trying to take my kids back outside in the middle of a snow day just to go get two cheeseburgers. Waste my gas and time just because the worker forgot my damn cheeseburgers. If I could give zero stars 🌟 I would because the restaurant was a pig stye when I arrived, garbage on every table, the floor littered with spills, ketchup packets, fries, crumbs. I expected better for a restaurant especially during a pandemic. This location in Central Islip is consistently filthy particularly around the self serve beverage area. Maybe mgmt should empty the garbage 🗑 pails so customers can throw away their trash? And someone needs to manage the clearing and cleaning of tables. I won't return to this location any time soon. Food is very good. served hot and almost identical to advertised pictures. Price is moderate with value items and frequent locally distributed coupons. Drink station is extensive with free refills. The staff has been overhauled favorably. They are efficient but not necessarily friendly. The decor is updated to a modern design. That includes flat screen TV (usually airing the news), electric fireplace, bar seating, club chair seating, booth seating, regular table seating and a few out door seating tables.
