Naz's Halal Food - Brentwood — Restaurant in Town of Islip

I always order from Naz's in Brentwood but its always an on-the-fence decision to be honest. I called and made an order tonight over the phone with Idona and I told her exactly how i want my food done because the hot wings were a little over-cooked last time etc. etc. etc! I dont know who made my order last time but I told her my issue and this order she made it exactly how I wanted it. She followed directions perfectly. (sauces, etc) Love it! I will definitely keep ordering from here! now I will post another review next time order! Ask for Idona and she will make it perfectly the way you want! When i order food i want to make sure it meets my expectations or exceeds and Idona has definitely done just that. I will only order when she's there! I dont really ever make reviews but im so happy that i can finally have a regular go-to person when i want my food done perfectly :) Thank you...

Every time I order ahead from here there’s usually a little bit of a wait (even when it says the food is ready on UberEats) but today took the cake. Knowing this happens routinely I gave it extra time even though it said the food was ready. I walk in and am told “oh sorry, we’re super busy it’s going to be about 20 minutes”. First of all NO ONE was in the store aside from one person who was just finishing placing his order as I walked in. Second, why am I waiting 20 minutes for food that’s supposed to be DONE already? I waited 10 more minutes before my two chop cheeses were even being started on. After they were completed and packaged, they sat in a bag directly next two the guy at the register for an additional 5 minutes before it was even handed to me.

Ordered 2 bowls of Halal food through Uber eats. I basically got 2 bowls of rice with small shreads of meat here and there. No white sauce, no hot sauce, no meat. When i called up to complain some dude cursed me out and when I asked him a time and place to meet, he apologized and offered me free food, so I accepted and apologized back but when I went to order delivery was not available. The foods been sitting on the floor since last night and my Argentine Dogo wont even touch it..crazy.
