Deli Chaparrastique — Restaurant in Town of Islip

We ordered (3) egg/bacon sandwiches. They were EXCELLENT!!!! Didn't take the coffee, didn't see decaf. I'm sure they have it though. Also served hot dishes that looked so good I almost said the hell with breakfast. The people are really, really nice service was right on. My only regret is I've never learned Spanish which is a sin on my part, Could've made the ordering experience in general much more pleasant. Yes they all speak English, but like I said should know Spanish. Parking is limited in front, I do believe there's a restroom also. If your @ the Brentwood campus this deli is an 8 minute drive. The burritos are horrible from this place. They need more flavor and put the avocados and lettuce and tomatoes on the side. The cant roll it in the burrito. They have forgot to out utensils. I love to eat and one of my burritos was not al pastor, it was some other kind of meat. Won't be coming here for a while. If you do go make sure you check the food on the spot...
