From start to finish, Rogue Kitchens absolutely exceeded all expectations for our backyard wedding, transforming our tented celebration into a magical experience that our guests are still talking about! The best compliment a bride can hear is THE FOOD WAS AMAZING, and that is all we heard. James the sushi, was out of this world! The Food Where do we even begin? The food was nothing short of exceptional. From the first bite to the last, every dish was a work of art—flavorful, beautifully presented, and perfectly prepared. We had a mix of passed hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour to our buffet stations for the reception, and each was a standout. The grilled vegetables were bursting with freshness, the filet mignon was cooked to perfection, and the passing desserts were so amazing the servers barely made it around the tent without having to go back for more. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the unique menu choices, and we loved how Rogue Kitchens' food selection reflected our personalities and the seasonal ingredients available. The Service The service was impeccable. From the moment the first guests arrived to the final champagne toast at the end of the night, the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive without ever being intrusive. They moved seamlessly behind the scenes, ensuring everything was in place and that we never had to worry about a thing. Every glass was filled, every plate was cleared, and every request was met with a smile. My husband and I were given our own personal server who was truly one of the highlights of the night. He kept our drinks filled, reminded us to hydrate and did allow us to try everything, which is quite a feat for a bride and groom who are so busy chatting and dancing the night away. His sense of humor and kindness is something I will always treasure. The Logistics We were a bit nervous about pulling off a backyard wedding with a tented setup—especially coordinating everything remotely and without a professional venue to work with—but Rogue Kitchens made it look easy, they are quite literally magicians. James and his team handled all of the logistics from setup to breakdown, including arranging the kitchen space in a remote space, navigating crossing the property in the dark, bringing in all the necessary equipment, and ensuring the flow of the event went smoothly. The team arrived early to set everything up, and their attention to detail was impeccable. It truly felt like a stress-free event, and that was all due to their careful planning and execution. The night of the wedding there were some power issues due to rain with our DJ. It was absolutely ESSENTIAL to keep everyone fed and happy during our extended cocktail hour. NO ONE knew about anything happening and I truly attest that to James and his team. They were continuously serving and pouring drinks, not batting an eye. Their ability to handle that last minute hiccup is something we can NEVER repay them for. In short, Rogue Kitchens made our dream backyard wedding come to life. The combination of incredible food, exceptional service, and flawless execution was more than we could have asked for. Our guests had an unforgettable time, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work and dedication. Rogue Kitchens flawlessly delivered for my grand-daughter's baptism earlier this month (see photos). More than the smooth delivery and setup of both the drinks cart and food table, James personally walked me through what he thought would be the optimal food selection based on guest count and preferences. I have to say, he really nailed that, as my original order was way off-base, and I'm very grateful he held my hand on choosing the most desirable and logistically sound options. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious, and he even put together a very cool mixed drink in the large dispeners that ended up being a guest favorite!

If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. Rogue kitchens was awesome! I experienced this catering company when I attended a birthday party. The food arrival was timely and it came in a nice decorative arrangement. The party was latin themed so we had pork, black beans, yuca, avocados, chicken, fried plantains, garlic bread, and more. There was a wide array of sauces and dressings, I had to have 3-4 plates to try them all! They provided large portions and we had plenty left over after the event. Oh, and the drinks, the drinks were amazing they had margarita slushy machines running all day in a cute bar trailer! The service was flawless and I can tell there was quality and care that was put into cooking the food. I will a hundred percent be using their services again...
