Spider Bite Beer Co — Restaurant in Town of Islip

This brewery makes decent beer, not all of it to my taste but that's fine. Quality is good and their recipes are reasonably inventive. They seem quite unfriendly to outsiders which was apparent from the minute we walked in to when we left. There was an obnoxiously loud group in the corner who evidently knew the bartender as she spent most of her time chatting them up. I basically downed my beer as fast as I could so I could get out of there and to a place that appreciated my business. Hopefully their local fanbase can keep them alive...
