After an extensive search, I found a true gem of a computer shop. For anyone like myself who was looking for a local computer shop for help on trouble shooting a custom build pc definitely swing by and give this place a try! They also handle building pcs as well, anywhere from a casual setup all the way to a gaming build. If I wasn't so stubborn in wanting to learn on how to build one myself, I would have easily trusted this place in handling my whole build. After watching them effortlessly disassemble and reassemble my machine for trouble shooting, they definitely knew what they're doing. They have a super quick turnaround. A lot of my problems were diagnosed while I was there and the only reason why I had to leave was to get replacement parts for my build. Ultimately a lot of my problems were self-induced as a first-time builder, but the owner was very patience with me. They never seemed annoyed or upset. They answered all my questions and even showed me what I did wrong and how to do it properly when I asked. They were extremely fair with prices. Any other place would have taken advantage of the situation but not here. I definitely recommend giving this place a chance. I know moving forward this will be my first go to stop for my tech needs. Larry was amazing! I came in with my Gaming PC (only a few months old) due to it shutting off randomly. I had no idea what was causing it and Larry did a bunch of tests to rule a lot of stuff out. Thanks to his help we learned it was the motherboard. After he assisted me in calling about a replacement, he packed the motherboard up for me to send to the company, and when a replacement was recieved he put in the new one and tested my PC out to make sure it was working. He even removed the dust inside my system as well. Larry is very kind and very thurough! It is clear he truly loves his work!
