I’m usually not the type to return a drink if it’s wrong and I can still drink it but I recently received a lavender latte with straight up lavender petals. I was unaware of the latte being like that so I went back with my partner to ask if we could get it strained in any way or get a plain latte. The person we approached gave us such a mean attitude and continued to walk away from us while talking to herself then brought her other coworker out who kept on asking us “what do you mean?” They didn’t understand why we didn’t want to drink lavender petals. we didn’t mean to attack them or make them feel bad for not letting us know how the drink is made. Mistakes happen but the way the problem got handled was a mess. It was a girl with multiple face piercings who made the problem a bigger deal than it was. I really don’t see myself coming in...

Pls stop wasting your time looking for other coffee shops, this is the best one around. I know this because as a coffee connoisseur I have tried all the other places too. The espresso here is smooth, the cold brew is perfect. You really cannot go wrong with any drink option. My go to order is an iced oat milk latte with brown sugar syrup. I bring all my friends here and continue to share this place with anyone who brings up coffeeshops. It’s also a good place to do schoolwork, they have wifi and it’s not a distracting environment.
