This is quite a review to share so please some may have already had this experience. It seems that subway and the local owners has conspired with other local owners to not accept subway coupons. The company spends tens of millions of dollars on marketing and advertising and mails the coupons to my home with other weekly flyer discounts. The subway have a sign up will not accept coupons and had the audacity to lie and say that the company POS machine will not accept the coupons. It is a lie! They are all complaining that they don’t get their kickbacks from corporate and will not honor of the coupons. I’m done with Subway I’m done with this owner, who is a cheapskate and A liar. As it is when I went in there other times, I had to fight with the woman proprietor when I asked for extra olives. She would dabble on one or two more. I had to ask two more times for olives. The subway sucks. Do not patronize the store. They have no right to refuse the coupons this is a corporate entity. They are conspiring with other stores. Do not patronize Subway there are other options for sandwiches. I am extremely disappointed at a store in my hometown. Close up and move on. Maybe Jimmy John’s will...
Read moreHorrible experience. First nobody was at front greeting costumers; there was only one employee by himself ON HIS PHONE. He was in the walking freezer getting stuff ( understandable) but for 5 minutes of me standing in the front without being notice I had to say hello like 3 times. After being notice asks me what I want; I start telling him my order and he walks away to go check the chips section and tells me 1 minute; goes to the back again come back to the front puts his gloves on and puts the paper to start my order and just stays there not even acknowledging me. After 2 minutes, I get impatient and finally said " please just take my order I need to go"; looks at me and points to his phone and to basically say I am on the phone and 1 minute after hangs up. Never again did I spend 10-15 minutes to just get my order taken. HORRIBLE...
Read moreSomething is up with this subway. Went today and one of the workers was with someone while the other sat at the table beside me on her phone. I waited a decent amount of time then she got up to help out. I asked for grilled chicken and instead she waved her hands over the assortment to choose from. I didn’t know what she meant by the gesture so I said “grilled chicken” again. Which is my typical order- she finally used her words and said “there’s none left” strange behavior. I’m pretty sure not speaking to someone who you’re making a sandwich for is rude. She also charged me way more than I typically spend at subway for the same items. I cut my losses but I won’t be returning. In the past; she told my husband their location doesn’t accept...
