Oh man oh man, let me tell you something. I don't really write reviews unless 1...the food is BUNS or 2. The food is 11/10 5 star IMMACULATE! This place is the latter. I have been eating here so often for the past couple months that THEY ADDRESS ME BY NAME when I walk in🤣. All jokes aside, this establishment has got to be one of the best hidden gems on long Island. I've tried as much off the menu as my big back self can. I'm going to start running out of money soon if I keep it up.😅 The owners are always so kind even when they're busy they make sure to acknowledge you. The food is always so fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is calming and welcoming even when it's a little busy. On top of that the vast menu leaves you with NOTHING BUT promising options. The breakfast...🔥🔥🔥...the lunch...🔥🔥🔥...the drinks 🔥🔥🔥 THE BAKED COOKIES WARM AND FRESH OUT OF THE OVEN so fire I won't even use the emoji anymore. You need the SUN 🌞 to describe just how fire the food is here. An 11/10 I would 100% recommend coming here for lunch or breakfast.

For breakfast I'd recommend the "New Yorker" breakfast wrap with Chipotle mayo. And for lunch I'd recommend their "Pan-asian chicken wrap" or if you not into Asian definitely a "Hot honey chicken sandwich" and to finish it off. Get yourself a "cookies and dreams" cookie for dessert and I PROMISE YOU you'll be coming back the next day wanting...

Such a gem of a café! Teal Kitchen & Cafe is my favorite breakfast and lunch spot to recommend! Their menu is incredibly diverse- whether you are in the mood for a fresh wrap, a hearty breakfast, a satisfying salad or even a burger, they've got it all and it's consistently delicious! Their tater breakfast bowls are my personal favorite. These generous scrambled egg bowls sit on a bed of crispy tater tots that will fill you up for the entire morning!

Service is always quick and friendly, even during business hours. As a teacher, we have a short window for our lunch period. Teal Kitchen took our order online and made sure it was delivered in time for our lunch break! We couldn't have asked for better service.

Now... let's talk about the cookies- warm, gooey, fresh-from-the-oven perfection. Truly the best way to end any meal here. Do yourself a favor and add a cookie to your order!

I've ordered from this awesome place and also gone in with my young daughters. It is easy to park and get to as long as you realize to go in the front door, up a small amount of stairs, through the door, and go back to the left. You see a sign for Teal Kitchen & Cafe as soon as you enter the building. The space is cute and clean. They have games! They have the most delicious teas that I have totally craved in this heat! I had the peach black iced tea and a friend of mine ordered the lavender lemonade which looked delicious. The iced tea was not too sweet and didn't need sugar added. I've had a Greek Goddess (falafel) wrap, Mediterranean Breakfast wrap, and my children had the grilled cheese. Everything tastes good and is fresh. I love that the menu is diverse and that it is creative. I want to try something new every time. The cookies are to die for! They are served warm and are delicious!
