Dollar Tree — Local services in Town of Islip

Came yo pick up items today went to the check out and self scanned. Unfortunately I needed approval and there was no one around. Knocked on the office door nothing. Waited for over 15 mins and still no one was visible or even came to the front of the store. Another customer came in and was waiting also. I could have easily just walked out with my 15 dollars worth of items. Acres 15 mins and man finally came and put his code in so that I could then be told to go to a register to where another female worker appeared and loged into her register to check me out so that I could be on my way. I finally left at 2pm. Absolutely...

The customer service is horrible here, the employees are extremely rude,they don’t know how to speak to people. I was there not to long ago & the girl was helping me with a balloons and she said what are you staring at me for to a customer that was on self check out, she said I’m not open you need to use self checkout mean while the woman was already on the self checkout out line. It’s truly disgusting and corporate needs to send them all to a training course,big time ! I used to enjoy coming here but...

Rude employee there, young girl with long braids. Not sure if she’s a new hire, but she is rude with no manners. My cousin and I were shopping there Saturday with two young kids and instead of saying excuse me to pass by, she walks by and pushes past my cousin who was browsing the shelves. She deliberately walked into her to make room for herself. She said nothing to us. We were both in shock and couldn’t react because the kids were with us. I shop here all the time and found the other employees nice...
