A truly nice place for meals with decent prices and a very kind staff who treat customers well. There is, however... one individual who definitely needs to work on his temper and patience: The middle-aged chubby guy with the close shave and short hair cut who wears a gray cap backwards with a black P on the front and is probably the oldest of the staff. At times, he's been giving a terrible attitude towards some I know and myself as if we're contributing to whatever stress he's under. On one occasion, I arrived to Town Pizza to order and he greeted me with an angry expression and grouchy "Yeah?...", then- as I tried to order different slices and tried to remember the last one for just 2 seconds... he responded "AND!?...". Then, as I asked for a slice with some spinach toppings, he rolled his eyes in anger, pretended to check for toppings, and just said "We don't have any."
I understand that work at some jobs can be very exhausting and stressful, especially in a place like this with many individuals who can be wild and rude... But that is NO way to treat those who just want to order some food without causing any problems and be on their way. Employees who work jobs that require dealing with customers CANNOT and SHOULDN'T generalize. Some of my friends have stopped going to Town Pizza because of this individual and his attitude problem. So kids line up to use their debit cards to withdraw $20 to pay for their $4 slice. Here's the scam. The transaction fee is $4 to use the ATM owned by town pizza. They are in effect charging kids $8 a slice . Shame on this business for scamming kids out of their money.
