Wendy's — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Much more than what five stars can give, Wendy's has a great selection on their menu having your classic Dave's Single Burger to a whopping sandwich behemoth, surely many have the same feeling upon Wendy's, although I remember a time when "the system" shut down disabling the payment methods to be unavailable, this was just a simple flaw however their burger are still good to wait for another day I guess. Going back to the establishment, the interior of the restraint comprises of a modern look embedded with a red shade that represents Wendy's, the restrooms are quite clean, sheerly spotless on most occasion while probably the worst thing find would be regurgitated fluids on the floor. The soda machines comprise of the new Coca Cola branded multi-soda dispensers, goes from regular water to rarely flavored sodas like Dr. Pepper Cherry Vanilla for example, seems a bit nifty but really useful as it was meant to be. One more thing, br most aware of Wifi pirates, they are either outside or inside but they come for a while to read something on their phones to blast bogus music around, they are quite annoying at times but they dont show up on a...

I give this Wendy's location a one-star rating because the staff was completely incompetent and provided terrible customer service. From the start, the lady at the speaker took forever to take the order (which was a mobile order pickup, so she just needed my name) and seemed to not be paying attention, which wasted my time and caused frustration.

Furthermore, the staff's refusal to provide change for a 10 was unacceptable and inconvenient, given that we were splitting the bill with coworkers. Their response of "we don't do that" was unhelpful and unprofessional.

To top it all off, the food I received was completely wrong, even though I had specifically requested no lettuce, tomato, or mayo on the chicken sandwiches in the mobile order. This shows a lack of attention to detail and care for the customer's order.

Overall, this Wendy's location failed to provide the level of service and quality that customers should expect from a fast-food restaurant. I cannot recommend this location based on the terrible...

Avoid this place at all costs.. kids from the nearby high school took over the entire place acting like complete fools running into people, feet up on the TABLES where they're supposed to eat, yelling so loud the staff couldn't even take other customers orders meanwhile they even have security at this location that just sat around and did nothing the entire time... what type of fast food place requires security? And to complete my wonderful experience they even managed to get my order completely wrong and that was after at least a 10 minute wait after the order was placed no less... All for 4 cheeseburgers and 2 fries. Management needs to seriously get their act together because it was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place.
