Where do I start... While young girl who waited on me while drinking her water bottle and barely being attentive as customer service employee, made me feel like I was bother. That was sign I should left ... So now the pizza or what they served. Had slices in case so I tried cheese slice and garlic tomato slice. I consumed 1/2 of each slice and was totally disappointed with the product they had served me. Greasy, cheese to sauce ratio horrible, crust no real taste to it, sauce the same so cheese slice was 2.4 rating at best. Garlic wasn't any better at all 1.7 rating. Hopefully they can figure it out got good location. Under new ownership according to the worker either way new improvement on the quality serving for you pizza. Tony's pizza name thing I don't know about but will try new Hartford area to see it they are similar for myself but one in Clinton right now I wouldn't go out way to go there

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE NEW TONYS IN CLINTON ***Same name. New management.*** I stopped in after work for a small salad. I usual order a large, however I have not yet ordered food since it’s reopening and was unsure of the quality. I’m glad I did not order the large. 1st- I called in the order for a small antipasto salad with NO cheese. The young lady on the phone told me “it’s ready now and I could head on over”. 2nd- when I arrived I gave my name, the girl walk over to the cooler a pulled out a salad and gave it to me. WITH CHEESE. Now, I called in my order to insure it was fresh AND had no cheese. FAIL! The lettuce was old and had that slimy, welty, texture. It had clearly been there probably since it’s opening. Not a great start Tony’s!

I don't normally leave bad reviews, if it's not good, I usually just move along. My experience tonight forces me to provide feedback.

2 small hot subs for dine-in. They cost around $10 each...for small subs. OK, I am willing to pay a little more for quality, let's see how this works out.

The 2 subs were brought out about 10 minutes apart. Not a great start.

1st sub was 'steak' with peppers and onions - but their idea of steak is deli roast beef heated on the flattop. You know how long it takes for deli roast beef to get dried out and overcooked on a flat top? About 3 minutes less than they cooked this thing, it looked like beef jerky. Onions were raw. Now granted, we didn't ask for sauteed onions, but when you order steak w/ peppers and onions, I think this is kind of standard, and the person taking the order could have asked.

We asked for ketchup to make the sub a bit more bearable, and they wanted $1 for a cup of ketchup. They charge for ketchup. I have never in my life seen any place charge for ketchup.

Second sub was eggplant parm, ezpz, right? Came out 10 minutes after the first sub, so broseph was basically done eating by the time I got my sub. Eggplant was massively undercooked, mushy and oily. Asked for a cup of marinara to add to the sauce they put on the sub, and guess what? They charge for that too.

This is when I started to fuss. I told the person who took the order and cooked the food that we were not thrilled, that the subs were subpar (I think I used slightly more colorful language at the time), and dude just shrugged, complete WGAS attitude.

Tables were sticky and dirty. Could smell the bathroom from the dining area.

Like I said, I normally only leave good reviews, I'm not out to hurt anyone's business, but seriously - this place needs to go, or at least be avoided in the meantime while it continues to circle the drain.

If subpar food at inflated prices in a dump of a restaurant is your thing, then by all means, this is your place. In looking through recent reviews, it seems as if everyone is singing the same song.

I honestly hope to hear from someone in Management / ownership as a result of this review, but I'm not holding my breath, a place this bad probably does not have anyone at the...

This is my first time at a Tony's Pizza place. The inside was recently refinished and is under new management. I bought a 16" Chicken bacon ranch pizza. Flavor was OK, both the chicken and the bacon were cut into large chunks (that required being cut in half), so there was no meat in the majority of our bites (typically the chicken is cubed in smaller chunks and bacon is pre-cooked to eliminate the excess grease and it is then crumbled across the whole pizza ensuring toppings in every bite). The crust was mushy (even when reheated in an air fryer). The box was totally soaked in grease. Probably from cooking the bacon on the pizza, instead of it being pre-cooked and the grease drained. Then to top it off, the ROUND pizza was cut in SQUARES! Typical cut of a round pizza is pie shape, unless otherwise stated. I didn't know they expect everyone to eat their pizza's with a fork and knife. Taking all things into consideration, needless to say, it was our first and last time eating at Tony's! I tried to add a photo of the pizza and box but I kept...

This was a take out. We heard it was under new ownership so wanted to try it out. We were so disappointed. First why do you cut a round 16"pizza into squares? We had two pizzas cut this way just ruins the experience because there are small pieces of just crust. However the pizza was not fully cooked so the pieces in the center were barely brown on the bottom and impossible to pick up to eat because they were soggy. Overall both pizzas were under cooked. The pepperoni pizza has about 15 pieces and they were not spread evenly but clumped and with the square cut there were pieces that had no pepperoni on them. So after the disappointment of the pizza, the wings were also disappointing. They are expensive at $1.40 per wing. For that price I expected meaty wings and they were not. They did not include Blue cheese or celery. The service at pick up was fine. However, need on this experience I would not order...
