McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of La Grange

I would give it 5 stars if my orders were not someone else's (Every time). Or missing items.. & didn't take 15-20 mins to get a few items when it has one or two customers.. Not joking.. Ridiculous. & If I ever complain I get treated very badly.. The Mngr was the rudest & made me & my 12 yr old wait 15 mins to fix his chkn sandwich & a dollar menu burger.. & when we asked for 2 bbq sauces she pretty much three them across the counter.. All on Video so they cannot deny it at all.. I only go for my son & sometimes get things for me but really don't want to go back but it just happens to be the closest one to me unfortunately 😔☹️ But most likely will Not go back because of the orders & quality of it like they were stepped on (every time). & only one young lady was nice. Everyone else EXTREMELY RUDE.. So unnecessary. & I was NOT rude at all. I'm always nice..No matter what..Oh & last time we were there with 5 people they told us they were out of food & only had chkn nuggets, soda & very little fries left.. That Mngr was the rudest & ignored us at drive thru.. July 4th. Bad end of a great day cuz of McDonald's.....

If i could give a zero i would! Worst running store EVER!!! I unfortunately use to work for them! When the district manager asked how i liked it, I told her I've worked up and down the east coast worked for a McDonald's before and more fast food experience than everyone in that building! I even let them know I am a server/waiter by trade, so what they do stick me on the grill. They had a sign saying needing first and second shift, when i applied, and said 11-7 would be best for me and the company seeing my experience along puts everyone there to shame. So they stick me in the back at nights. Not only is it horrible ran by some of the most slowest, and dumbest people, they use favoritism to choose who works where. Within a week i knew already how to use the grilland sandwiches. They have too many dumb children that don't care about the place that follow the managers lead! I wonder who's namethey call every second now that I'm gone??!!!. For me to work I the South with complete incompetent fools, and forthis store to be the worst should tell...

I found what appeared to me mouse fecal matter in my meal bag at the begining of my meal. I went to the manager and showed her what I found and she denied the possibility that there could be mice in the restaurant. I asked her what she thought the black oval speck could be and she said there are never mice there. I asked for a refund because I was disgusted. She took my credit card and only refunded my meal but wouldn't refund my two kids happy meals (they were standing right there). I asked the manager what her name was and she walked away from me. I threw all of our food out because there was no way I was letting my kids eat from such a filthy place. I went to high school around the corner so I have been going to this location for 25 years. Not anymore! I have been telling locals about my experience as well because the treatment of me was the rude icing...
