Grampa Tony's on Madeline Island — Restaurant in Town of La Pointe

I POSTED THE PICTURES OF MY FOOD THAT WAS TO GO ON THEIR PHOTOS!!!NEVER EVER EAT HERE; WORST PLACE ON EARTH FOR GOOD SERVICE OR FOOD!!! If I could I would absolutely give this establishment zero stars if I could. The Owner Suzy is a argumentative, Childish, ill-mannered, Greedy entrepreneur with only her family's well being in mind. As a person who has been in the restaurant business, I do know first hand how to treat a customer. Suzy by no means what so ever should be in the hospitality business. You would think as the Owner of the business you would take pride in making and keeping you Customers happy. Even when they in some cases are wrong, Today I spent $19.60 and got nothing in return. This morning July 5th 2019 I ordered Their breakfast with 2 eggs, choice of meat, pancakes, and hash browns EXTRA CRISPY plus another side of them, EXTRA CRISPY ! I waited for over an hour for my food. Watched it go out to the dinning area then back to kitchen then up to their deck then back to kitchen before I realized that it was my to go order plated up. I ASKED the BOY who works there if that was my order? He said yup sorry I thought it was for here. I asked to speak to the owner so I could get a refund. I wasn't going to wait anymore. When Suzy had come out to talk to me she was absurdly rude by the get-go. When I ask for a refund for my meal she refused to do so and gave me quite an attitude about it. She offered to microwave it, to make it hot again but there was no way she would give me my money back ! I told her that if she would not refund my money that I was going to be contacting the local police in fact she was okay with it and told me to get out of her line. I did end up actually running into one of the police officers in her establishment and he even tried to reason with her. With that being said she lied to the local police officer stating that I didn't even try my food. Indeed I did try it! It was left over cold my hash browns were smooshy starch. I'm sorry that I don't want to eat LEFT OVERS which they had to be. I was the LAST PERSON TO ORDER breakfast. As the picture I took there and posted on here it will clearly demonstrate the Nast they just slopped in a to go container for me. Anyways WORST PLACE...

On Thursday July 2nd 2020. At approximately 6:47 pm my wife and I were looking to get something simple to eat. So we walked into G.T's. The first thing we see is the lady standing behind the counter complaining at the help for standing around at the counter. NoThen we ordered. Then we are told they are out of hamburger.....huh?....lol. Well go to town and get some. Who allowed that to happen? Our order was placed besides being out of product. Now the place had one table sitting down inside. They were already served. Had a couple tables outside with customers. But overall, not busy at all. Remember, that's why the help was told to find something to do. We waited 20 minutes, then they come and say we need to wait another 15 or 20 for our food. Not acceptable!!! We got our money back and left. You want to support all small businesses. But you wonder why they fail. Stay fat away...
