I just picked up my to-go order from doordash and I dealt with the most sour customer service representative for this establishment that I have ever seen. She was an older woman in her late 50s or 60s with blonde hair and glasses and all the personality of an angry wet Rock. I did ask her a question in regards to my to-go order because I have come to this establishment before and sometimes they forget to put my to go order forward so I asked her if the to-go order that was hiding behind the pickup space was mine, because it's happened to me before at this establishment where they forget to put my to-go order in the to-go area. The Dunkin Donuts representative very rudely said it's not ready yet. Then when it was ready she slid my bag across the counter and said nothing to me other than your order and when I said I hope you have a good day she turned her back on me and said nothing. Rude customer service an individuals such as that should not be in this industry. I've worked customer service for 28 years of my life and I would never treat a customer that way. I understand that people don't want to work long hours and in chaotic environments but being that this woman is of a more mature age she should know better and should set the example for customer service for her fellow employees. I used to come to this establishment every morning every day I work, which is 6 days a week. Because of rude people like her I don't want to go to your establishment at all. Do better for the sake of your business because people with that work attitude...
Read moreI just went inside to get my coffee like usual but I went first to the bathroom. I opened the door of the bathroom and the door was not locked and the guy who was inside and turned out to be an an a young African American employee started repeating that I had to knock at the door and said it many times after I closed the door. I can just hear it repeating it. After he finished, he came outside the bathroom repeating the same thing that I had to "know at the door" and giving me this menacing look. I told him in his face that he had first to lock the door from inside and I went inside. I had that feeling that he came back to the door to confront me. After I finished, I left the bathroom area to get my coffee where I saw him stairing again at me with another threatening look and this time he went to talk to a woman employee and she came to look at me too. This time, I had to leave because I don't know what these guys are going to put in my drink. The employee is a young and strong African American in his twenties and you have the whole thing in security cameras around 12:10 pm. I swear to God I'm saying the true and but the true and I can predict that this young guy is a coming lawsuit for this company. This is...
Read moreAfter making 3 cups of tea, it still was not right! What is so difficult when told only one tea bag, 9 cream, 7 sugar, and please stir it before giving it to me? First cup had 2 tea bags and no sugar. Second cup had no sugar. Third cup had very little sugar - not anywhere near 7 sugar. I gave up after that and added more sugar when I returned home. The attitude of the person at the drive thru was such that it was my fault the tea was not made correctly.
Staff need to listen to instructions given by customer and prepare order correctly the first time. If a mistake is made, it is not the customer's fault. Correct it and move on. Do not give the customer an attitude. When an order is incorrect 3 times relating to sugar, check to see if suger has run out and machine needs to be refilled! Remember the customer is...
