China Garden — Restaurant in Town of Lloyd

So far, so good. My first time visiting there with my wife. We have driven by on several occasions, and the place always appeared to have people placing orders or picking-up orders, so we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. The counter area was clean, with a view into the kitchen which also appeared to be clean, with all precautions in place to stop the spread of viruses and germs. The food was delicious, the portions were generous for the money. Service was fast and friendly. My wife was especially fond of her House Special Singapore Mei Fun and would recommend it to anyone. Food is good but service is really bad they take thier time checking you out. All the food will be bagged up at the counter they will tell you to hold on and go do other tasks for 5 minutes and then come back and ring you up with adding nothing to the bag. They have told me 20 minutes I show up in about 23 minutes and had to sit there for another 20 minutes and wait for the food. Talking about two or three items which are single items like dumplings or wontons or sweet and sour chicken or an egg roll. I don't understand why they keep over cooking their egg rolls. Nastiest egg rolls ever. They were so over cooked tonight (and the last few times we've gone) that you could break a tooth on them and they had absolutely no pork in them and zero taste. Basically rock hard cabbage.
