Dave’s Daylight Donuts — Restaurant in Town of Monroe

I want to give a BIG shout out to Daves Daylight for such amazing service, awesome staff && of course the BEST DONUTS EVER!🍩

My sons birthday was Saturday, we walked in just a few days before, very short notice 😅 to order a box of a dozen donuts. Understandably, she said she had a very, very big order and it was almost not possible but she will speak to the owner and see what they can do. At first, I asked if she can do a “Sonic theme” but at that point I was happy if she made me glazed donuts😂

We walked in the next morning to grab donuts for my son to kick off his bday weekend because they are his favorite! To my surprise! she said she was able to take my order🥹🥹 Every year I order donuts for his birthday from them, so I was happy this year wasnt the exception🫶🏼

So we go to pick up the order the next morning and as if they werent already kind enough to SQUEEZE in my last minute order, she had made an extra box donuts &&&& she made them the SONIC theme for my son!!

I was one happy and grateful mama & my son well he had a sugar high!🍩🍩

Went there this morning, the lady working there was beyond kind and helpful. She offered us some delicious samples and gave us some great suggestions. We got a dozen doughnuts but ate 5 before we thought of taking a picture 😆. We got a Bearpaw, some raspberry and Lemon filled glazed doughnuts, an apple fritter, a sweet croissant, a blueberry doughnut with strawberry frosting, a maple syrup doughnut that I decided to fill with boston creme, a strawberry frosted doughnut with strawberry filling (also a choice), a maple bacon doughnut and a Cinnamon star looking doughnut that was amazing if I may add! All the doughnuts tasted fresh and I loved that they fill each doughnut as you order them with whatever you'd like! I appreciated that creative aspect of having the freedom to choose your filling and have your creation come to life!. The prices are fair, the place is clean, there's free parking, the customer service is great, the doughnuts are so tasty and fresh just amazing worth every penny. Truly pleased and will be...

So walked in today and right away you could tell it was a good atmosphere. A happy customer conversing with im assuming the owners. I ordered 6 delicious donuts and can not tell you my favorite one. Why may you ask? Well because they were all amazing! I had questions and they were answered with enthusiasm about the product. You can tell they enjoy serving the guests a product that they are very proud of, and should be. The woman that I will ask the name of next time, behind the counter. She was the definition of great service with a smile. I also left with a swedish fish candy cane and a extra donut to try, on the house. DD has nothing on these Donuts. Plus you get the warmth of a excellent business owner and staff. With a product and service that makes you want to come back for more. Highly recommend all around...
