Stay away from this dump!!! Service is trash!!! Ordered four egg rolls over the phone. I went to pick it up and handed the lady my card. Didn’t realize it was cash only and was $1-2 short. The lady proceeded to ask me if I want a drink so I thought she meant that I would need to get a drink and add more to the amount to use my card. or take out one egg roll. I offered to get a drink and asked if I would need to get one or two drinks. She lacks communication skills so kept suggesting I only take 3 egg rolls so that’s what I wound up doing: Unbelievable - the amount of times my family have ordered here countless times over years and have always been generous with tipping. Last night I ordered takeout from Tin Tin 2 and my wife accidentally told them the wrong order on the phone. When I went to pick it up, they read back the order to me and I told them it was wrong and assumed the error was on them. I called my wife to ask her and she confirmed she told them the wrong item. Not only did the 2 ladies working make us what we actually wanted, but they refused to let me pay for the wrong item that we ordered. They were extremely polite and made me feel like it was no big deal about the mess up. Once we got home, we ate all the food which was perfect as always. My husband got so sick for 3 days..He had pepper steak.. he was always in the bathroom and in pain with cramps..When I called to tell the owner, he said I would need to show him a doctor's report for insurance purposes..He was too sick to go to the hospital..he would have needed an ambulance.. He never apologized or made any offer to even replace the meal.(although we are never eating there again..) If it tastes funny, don't eat it.....
