Rrapi's of Arthur Ave Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Monroe

So first and first most I just want to say I have never in my life left a review on any facility or food estabilishment I have visited but I just really hope this does not happen to anyone else, Now I also must say im sort of disappointed my first time giving a review for a food establishment is 2 stars but In my defense I have a really valid reason as to why I gave this place 2 stars, I was in this small town running a couple of errands as I live in New York City and well after running errands all day we look up any nearby restaurant and bump into this spot with some pretty good reviews and food pictures with no hesitation we drive up , I place an order of Buffalo Wings and A cheese pie and I must say the price was impeccable again im from the city a pie alone ranges for about $18-$25 so the fact they only charged me $18 for an order of wings AND a full pizza pie that was phenomenal , I also must add the wait time was about 10-15 mins which was also very awesome, well fast order we get the order and head on our way while going for a drive and eating our amazing wings yes I also must add the cons, the wings were delicious perfectly cooked, crispy but falling off the phone and good spice level yum ! Well fast forward when we decide to grab a slice we bump into an amazing surprise…they handed us an empty box of pizza THUMBS DOWN I mean I have worked in the food indursty before and as an employee of a food establishment I can mostly recall the biggest step of handing orders to any customers is always assuring we are providing exactly what the customer ordered and fresh food and good customer service always no exceptions especially when handing the order to the customer directly, so this was a big bummer that we paid for our food and received only the wings and an empty box of pizza lol … I must say I was very disappointed and slighly upset just because the wings were phenomenal I could have only imagined the fresh pizza but yes that was my experience with this establishment , I would love to recommend it as again I can tell the food is delicious and the WINGS that we actually received were very good but the service is a definetly no for me :)

-RESPONDING TO OWNERS COMMENT BELOW LOL SIR THE DAY WAS YESTERDAY AND WE ORDERED A MEDIUM SIX SLICE CHEESE PIE AND AN ORDER OF WINGS WHICH WE WERE CHARGED $18 FOR … If you say down below you did not charge us for the SO called “empty pizza box” we asked for how much is your order of wings, 18? Lol the guy even asked how many slices he wanted and he answered 6 lol either way I dont think people come into a food establishment and ask for six slices of an empty pizza box lol its okay though mistakes happen I just wont ever recommend this establishment to all my nearby...

When they first opened up, I decided to try them. I asked for a slice and a beef patty. I paid for it. Then started watching tv that's hung by the wall. After about 15 minutes and watching 4 customers ordered after me and leaving with their food, I asked the boy behind the counter “where’s my order?” He looked at the girl working with him and they both stared confused. I said, “did you put my food in the oven?” And they replied “no, I’m sorry”. Weeks later I decided to give them another shot. Same boy behind the counter. I asked for a slice and to heat it up hot. I paid and watched the tv again. This time, I knew that pizza was gonna burn. 5 mins later, yes FIVE minutes later I said to the kid “you think that slice is hot enough?” His eyes wide open took it off and served in a plate. I said “it’s burnt” he replied, “you said hot” I then relied “Do you know the difference between hot and burnt?” He didn’t have an answer. I said all this just to say… the pizza is subpar, there’s one down the street that’s so much better and they will NOT destroy your food. Their food is great, HOWEVER, their delivery issues are ridiculous!! They use grub hub but use their own person and do not allow them to be tracked. We get a text that our food should have been delivered but it wasn’t. The worse part of this is Rrapi’s will NOT answer their phones!!! We called over and over, nothing. Went to their FB to try to contact through Messenger, nothing. If you don’t want the business just say so!🤷🏻‍♀️ Grub Hub then tried to contact them, nothing. So our food was cancelled.
