T.J. Maxx — Local services in Town of Woodbury

Went here for the 1st time with my mom on Saturday November 23rd 2024 to look for coats for moi! Went to burlington prior to this, and turns out, TJ Maxx seems so much cleaner and better! Aisles were neat, store clean, even had a fresh smell to it too! This is located in the shopping center with Ihop, and Verizon store nearby, so has enough parking. Walk in and everything looks like Christmas. TJ Maxx is also like Burlington as they have HomeGoods, coats, bags, clothing, accessories , and more! Actually went in here and also found gloves to wear during the winter to help clear snow off of the cars, and they had plenty of those. Also looked around the store, and found some more coats, and found a nice red one that i liked, and brought. Then, we looked around, found some guacomole chips, and some chocolate bars, as well as nice christmas decorations. Finally, we were done looking around, and went to the registers. had to wait in line again. Moved quickly though. My mom paid for my red coat, and her other stuff, and i Paid for my gloves using a credit card. Cashier was very pleasant. Hopefully would come back...

Big fan of this retail store, shopping in differents locations for years. Went several time in this one, it s quiet and nice. But last Friday, had a very bad experience, bought 3 dresses for a prom a day before, and had to return them. The superviser, a lady with glasses, was unkind and unfair, first she was searching stains, I told her, dresses are brand new, also only 1 day out of the shop. Unfortunately, and it happened before, when they did take off the tag, price ticket fell off, I had the purchase ticket. As unprofessional as she was, she couldn't find the price, she didn't try hard too. She told me to go in another shop. Awkward .... I kept my class and left, will not return in this location, customer...

I spend alot of money in this chain of stores in general. It is extremely frustrating to see some of the employees allow certain people to make returns after a long period of time while others cannot do so. They are so bold to do it in front customers as well. I recently purchased at least six or seven sets of earrings and two boxes of the earrings had the posts come right off. I did not bother to do return because I know I would have been harassed and hassled even though the merchandise was clearly defective. Treat all customers the same in accordance with...
