I came with a group of 6 kids (from 2-4 yo) and 7 adults during Independence Day weekend and we had the place to ourselves. The kids had crazy amounts of fun and the adults were enjoying not being bothered as the staff helped whenever she saw a child struggling anywhere. Some of the kids started out scared, but she helped us encourage them and told us how to guide them. It was the first time for all the kids to experience such a huge ball pit and tall slides. The rope bridge to the trampoline was ultra cool. They used the space under the structure really well. We took turns going to the nearby Dice Bowl for some tasty drinks and the kids never noticed. A sign of a great play place.
We didn't buy any snacks, but it's a decent selection with slightly higher prices, nothing crazy. I really appreciated the bathroom setup with a changing table and wipes in both single bathrooms as my 2 year old decided that was the best time to go #2. The bathroom was very clean, as was all of the facility. The shoes off policy is a great idea.
We're definitely coming back as the kids really enjoyed their time here. We were there for a party, and as far as I can tell, the price was reasonable and certainly well worth it. The normal entry prices seem standard for this type of place. A good time was had by all (including the adults, I also enjoyed swimming in...
Read moreThis is a nice - smaller environment indoor playground with two great slides, a good two level play cage with fun tunnels and climbing nets. It also boasts a large pool like soft ball pit that the cage and slides are placed. They also have sit on bounce balls around the perimeter and other toys. There is also a small pool covered in clear thick plastic like a water bed for the 2 and under crowed. It has seaweed like plastic toys and other items to give an ocean like experience.. There are a couple of activities that require assistance from adults for some 3yr olds.
The owners also have a banquet like space for parties next door to the playground which is very convenient.
In my two visits it was not busy. My daughter had fun and was not overwhelmed. We even randomly met one of our friends there.
My only complaint is that we were charged twice for our visit but this was quickly rectified.
I must add that the double charge issue was one of misunderstanding. It was an batch posting of credit charges. Two separate visits were received and posted to my account on the same day. It appeared as a double billing when in fact it was two separate visits. The owner was very prompt and courteous in researching what...
Read moreI took my son here on his 3rd birthday as we were heading home from Legoland.
My son has a blast, played here for about 2 hours by ourselves. The staff didn’t bother us, just in and one the whole time.
Playground felt very safe for my 3 year old, I’m usually very anxious and following him around. I was a bit nervous they don’t allow guardians in the play area, but he was actually very adaptive to going around alone. I feel it also built his confidence, as at first he was saying he was scared, and by the end he was climbing the obstacles by himself very quickly to go down the slides. He loved it.
Comfy for a mom who spend 2 days walking around a huge amusement park to sit and relax.. without having to chase around a toddler and climb with them lol.
Very clean, I was wearing white socks and they stayed white for the most part.
The only thing is the bathroom was kind of dirty. Should be cleaned for small potty...
