Just desserts by Jess was on a list of vendors for our wedding venue, The Davenport Mansion. We tried a few other samples from other bakeries but they just gave us little containers of cake, containers of filling, and containers of icing. Jess let us pick three cakes to try and the samples were actually pieces of the specific cakes we requested. We went with the chocolate chocolate cake for our wedding and it was phenomenal. Rave reviews by every guest! We also ordered chocolate covered pretzels as wedding favors - amazing choice. We had tags made that we wanted to tie around the bags and Jess offered to do it for us, which was amazing. We recently got a package of cupcakes, cookies and pretzel rods from Just Desserts by Jess for our son's first birthday, and we cannot say enough good things! Jess was prompt and helpful in her communications, giving color and design thoughts for my vague idea of "bears," to help set my order. When I picked up the desserts, everything was packaged so securely I had no concern about getting it home safely. Most importantly, everything tasted and looked absolutely amazing! Everyone kept commenting on how adorable the bear cookies were, and I even got a couple "I'm not usually a cake person but these are delicious" about the cupcakes.
