Spring Garden — Restaurant in Town of Mount Pleasant

I put in an order they got the order wrong when I called back they did nothing but told me that I made the mistake and did nothing about it. Now I come home from work I buy my food & I go home. I sit down to eat and the order is wrong. I called them back and they don't care, The woman that answered told me that I was wrong and didn't do anything about it and did not care to hear what I had to say. She was rude and arrogant The worst part of all is I open up the food and there is something in there that isn't all food I couldn't quite tell what it was at first, Then I saw the head of a cockroach.......... The food tasted pretty good in spite of the service not being great until I saw what I saw, so after I finished being sick and threw my food in the garbage I decided that there are several other clean and nice places in my area so I will be going there .

DO THESE PEOPLE CARE WHAT THEY PUT IN YOUR FOOD and for that matter what they don't put in your food! I WOULDN'T TRUST THEM AND I WOULDN'T GO BACK HERE EVER. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THEY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS and leave take out food and restaurants to the ones owned and managed by honest, reputable people! I ordered something simple like chicken rice soup. They didn't put the chicken in the soup - just rice. I came back and insisted on the chicken. They actually wanted to throw the COLD RAW CHICKEN IN A BAG! Why on earth would anyone want to go to a place where they know there is a possibility THEY COULD GET SICK FROM THE FOOD, much less...

This is a family run Chinese food spot. It has always been consistent with food. The husband cooks and the wife take all orders and $ , and son delivers. God bless them, running a restaurant isn't easy and they are always working.
