AVOID!!! FOOD POISONING!!! GO TO CHIPOTLE INSTEAD!!!

Absolutely horrible experience! Salsa Fresca has degraded so badly on quality, customer service and performance over the years and the portions have been absolutely so little! I got food poising due to a rude female employee at this location, she was short, heavier hispanic fair skinned. I requested to heat something up and she didn’t, the food was cold and stale, tasted almost rotten! I paid nearly 20$ for the equivalent of something I’d pay 8$ for in chipotle. These prices are robbery, go to chipotle instead. Chipotle has fresher taste and quality, salsa Fresca is digusting! 0/10 if I could and warning everyone to avoid!...

I really wanted to like this place but honestly I'm disappointed. In person I think ordering is fine but over the app is a definite no. It seems like the staff rush through orders and don't read. 1st time I ordered through the app, something was missing. Second time I ordered one with jalapeños and one without. The food is OK but pickup service is terrible. For the third time today I called an order in to the Hawthorne location and for the third time it was screwed up. They told me my order was apparently taken by some girl who had gone home. No one had the order. Ok, so can you make it for me?
