Dragon City — Restaurant in Town of New Windsor

I really don’t like to write bad reviews but sadly I had to.

I have to say the food was ok. It really has some tough competition in the area but this was the only place I was able to use for a promo code on Uber Eats.

I will not order from here again. Food was spilled all over the bag and other dishes and so much so that I couldn’t even find an item lol. I called and they were going to give me a partial credit since it is too far to go and get a replacement of and it was delivered by someone else for a reason. They wanted to blame the Uber Eats driver but when looking I saw a piece of meat stuck in the area where the tray lid seals.

So not taking ownership of the issue and blaming someone else on top of promising to give a partial refund and never did. Because of that they went from 2 stars to 1. I will stick to my usual...

I've been passing this place for the past two years and have never went in, we would order from the Chinese in vails gate next to the dollar tree, a not so good, not so friendly Chinese spot. After finally stopping and ordering food I must say this is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area, it seems the little holes on the wall meaning little restaurants that are not really noticed because of not so extraordinary exteriors or interiors, they might not have the flashiest restaurant but they for dam sure have the best food, 2 thumbs up and 5 stars for Dragon City, Excellent Food and Great...

Will NEVER order from here again. The spare ribs were super dry, crumbly and just all around disgusting. The wontons in the wonton soup were gummy and had an odd flavor. As well as the broth having absolutely NO flavor. Egg rolls were so greasy that when a bite was taken, grease would literally drip from it. The bean sprouts in the pork fried rice were not cooked at all and had a raw/from the garden flavor. I used to rave about this place years ago but NEVER again.
