I must say over the year employee and management has change. I truly miss Kerri and Jessica in this location as they where always about customer services. Today Alexis was the most rudest employee I have ever came in contact with. I ask for an a ice coffee, Carmel drizzle, whipped cream, sugar and cream. She gives me a coffee with nothing that I ask for on it. I inform the stickers have the things I requested in the order. She then proceeded to say she didn’t charge me for it. I kindly ask her to charge it and still didn’t want to redo the drink. I inform her that I would appreciate the drink I place and she then became very hostile, informing me I don’t know who to order a proper drink. I kindly redirect her to the sticker on the coffee sticker which had everything I requested. She then walk away took the drink and came back and informed me next time I come to her store I should know how to order my order. My spouse informed her that the order is on the sticker and she then proceed to stick her head out the window and get loud with us. I ask for her name she then walk away. Another employee came and try to assist us. We requested her name again and she came back to the window saying her name is Alexis and began to spell it. Listen I know times are hard and we all are going through it. But listen if you are unable to be respectful then you shouldn’t work in customer services. Read moreMy first experience here was terrible! I waited at the drive thru for a while and nobody answered. Hmmm maybe they are closed ( it's 6:30 on a Saturday) so I drive to the front, see that they are open and decide to drive thru again. Finally somebody answers but proceed to tell me they are out of coffee and donuts?! So I left.
Today, I decided to give it another try( it was a convenient location)THE most disgusting thing EVER!!! So I order my coffee medium hot light and sweet with mocha swirl. I get to the window, hand him my gift card, get handed my coffee with no receipt, no conversation nothing! Rude, ok but atleast I got my coffee this time right? Im driving home, as I'm drinking my coffee I smell serious body oder right? I realize it's on my cap, like whoever put the top on my coffee did not wash their hands nor were they wearing gloves. Eww ok so I'll drink it without the top right? Jokes on me! I see something floating in my coffee. Still giving them the benefit of the doubt I think maybe it's a coffee bean or part of the mocha swirl even. NOPE! There was a fly in my coffee, I kid you not. I was about 10 minutes away at this point so I did not turn around. I tried calling the DD to complain and the number is out of service go figure. I'd call the district number but I was never given a reciept for my transaction.

Read moreMy name is Johnathan kemp. I walked into this Dunkin’ doughnuts at approximately 4:00pm on 3-13-24. When I walked into this store I was immediately greeted by (a worker holding a baby) there was a lot of staff there it looked like either a staff meeting or possibly people being trained I do not know. Now typically I’m a person who just minds there business. I was forced into a conversation which I did not mind. I was asked what I did for a living I explained that I was self employed. I explained all that I do. Upon getting my doughnut because I had a sweet tooth and I honestly just wanted a sugar rush because I had not slept for 2 days from that day from all of my work. Now once I was walking out the door this same lady made a comment I front of all of these (workers) stating “hey are you sure you didn’t want that doughnut because your high” I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. Before I left I explained if my eyes are red it’s because I’ve been working for the last 2 days I did not appreciate this even being asked to me. I will not be stepping foot back into this store.
