Went there after midnight. Not many people working nor shopping. I arrived with my friend and we had not decided what to order until we got to the drive thru. There was no one behind us the lady instructed us to pull around. Because of this we had to wait 15 min for a new code to get a medium fry. Again we pulled around and informed service. They said we were 'blocking' the drive thru. I assured them that 1. there were 2 lanes and we were not blocking anyone and 2. should anyone pull up we'd get out of the way and that we weren't obstructing the business just that we wanted to order when the code was ready. She responded by ignoring us once we place the order and paid. it wasn't until law enforcement arrived that the food was given, which it was for in the first place. biggest power trip i've ever seen in my life for pointing out the lack of customers in the graveyard shift at mcdonalds. that and a 2nd drive thru lane... i have never seen anything like it. hoping ownership is able to identify and correct this type of petty behavior. in the end thank you NWPD for helping us get our chicken nuggets and fries. we thought it was foolish for them to deny an...
Read moreI was ordering the 2$ mc nuggets and I believe her name was kaligaaa During my visit to McDonald's, I had an extremely disappointing experience with one of the employees. From the moment I approached the counter, they were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to provide basic customer service. When I asked a simple question about the menu, they sighed loudly and rolled their eyes, making it clear that they had no interest in helping. Their tone was unprofessional, and they even made a sarcastic remark, which was completely unnecessary. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect, but instead, I felt like an inconvenience. The lack of courtesy and professionalism was shocking, and it ruined my entire experience. Employees should be held to a higher standard when it comes to customer interactions, and this behavior was completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope McDonald’s addresses this issue, because no customer should be made to feel disrespected in...
Read moreThis McDonalds has come a long way. I had gone there as a kid when the front area was a metal playground and Long John Silvers was next door within walking distance.
This particular place has some of the nicest staff I've encountered at a fast food store. The food is always good and fresh. I don't often feel like I'm waiting too long to get my food.
The only down side is the entrance off of 94 isn't very easy to integrate into the drive thru line. Its awkward. Likewise, pulling out to leave means you have to turn right and find a spot to turn around if you plan on going back. I also find being told to drive up to the second window or park is a bit odd. I understand they have to get the lines moving faster but I feel bad for the employees who have to risk getting hit by people driving fast to leave.
Over all it's a great place to go to when I jack up dinner or feel a bit...
