Unacceptable that they have a HABIT of running out of cups for water. I have cancelled at least one order re to not being able to obtain any free water. I plan on cancelling each and every future order when, NOT "if", this happens again and to give them the low review rating they rightfully deserve.
What is so difficult about putting in a cup order in a timely fashion??? I prefer water, and I expect it to be free. I don't have this problem at McDonald's.
This location does not care or try hard enough to satisfy and retain the customers they do have or to interest prospective ones. I guess that customers who choose not to order drinks, do not put enough profits into their coffer to even merit the attention to detail necessary to ensure that an adequate number of water cups is readily on hand.
I do not appreciate getting pissed-off right off the bat, because I cannot enjoy a meal MY WAY.
I had also attempted to send a complaint to Subway's corporate office, but their site did not recognize the state I had entered into the field, or any state, for that matter, so the complaint could not be submitted. So, complaints from anyone AT ALL cannot be submitted, re to their restaurant experiences. I was also not able to call and talk a customer service employee or even a tec, concerning their website.
I really "appreciate" the boilerplate response, to which I will NOT bother to respond, just to start the entire process over again, from scratch. It is certainly not indicative of an owner who really cares about a customer experience - it does not even represent the mere shadow of caring. I had given you enough information to fully look into the situation at the said store, in regards to their policy involving pizza. Last time I was here, I watched customers stand and wait while the owner screamed at his employees in the back room! He wasn’t there today otherwise I would be telling him this in person. The guy making our subs didn’t listen and decided to play with the register instead of finishing our subs and came back and touched our food with that same dirty glove! No thanks!! The other guy wasn’t watching him because he had his own customers. Cleanliness is not something you can train- either you are clean or you’re not. Owner- you already know you’ve got some bad apples.
