Very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed. I let the server know I was waiting for my app to load and the DQ server closed the drive-thru window and commented to those around her, we don't have time for this. She either didnt realize we could hear her or she didnt care we could hear her talking about us and being rude. Handed her card for payment just to alleviate the issue and didn't get to use the app. When the same server handed back the card, she dropped it said sorry but closed the window, didnt offer to assist in anyway and commented again to those around her, that we looked at her mean because she dropped the card. We couldn't have moved forward because the car behind us would've thought we were leaving. Had to squeeze out to get the card and get back in the car all the while still waiting for our order. I would give zero stars...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the worst Dairy Queen and that's crazy to say considering there's only 2 in the city. We come through and spend $30 4 or 5 times a week and I've worked in fast food, it's not hard.. That is if you hire more than just young, ditzy teenage girls which apparently is all that work there and adding an extra ingredient (ONE) to a blizzard is too hard for them. Now let's discuss the terrible management. I've called to complain about missing ingredients, get told I should've said something while I was sitting in my truck with a line behind me. So, I say something while I'm in the window and the so called "owner" comes to the window and says "what's the problem now". Oh. OK. Well you're imbecile staff and bad attitude are my problem now AND the missing ingredients you CHARGED ME...

The first time I ordered a dipped cone from them, I asked for a medium. The associate hands me a cone that was every bit of a small. However, I didnt complain or send it back. I just ate the tiny ice cream.
Second time, my wife and I both ordered cones. These were an appropriate size, but mines was leaning harder than the Tower of Pisa. My wife's cone was not. I politely gave it back and asked for a new one.
Please train your associates how to make dipped cones. I worked at DQ in college, and if you couldn't perfect the dipped cones, you didnt work the ice cream station. The need to know about sizing, how to dip the cone, how to prevent the cone from leaning, how to make the infamous swirl, and when to throw it out when they...
